While in law school, Mr. Lin was a Certified Law Clerk at the District Attorney’s Offices in both Riverside and then San Bernardino. There, he prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases. After passing the bar, Mr. Lin took everything he learned and began his private criminal practice where he began by accepting court appointed cases with in Riverside County. There, Mr. Lin represented hundreds of accused indigent men and women, which whom the Public Defender’s Office has a legal conflict of interest and can no longer represent them.

Having defended over 1,200 cases, Mr. Lin has a keen sense on how to get results.
